Catering Menu

Catering Prices and Policies:
We are happy to cater at your event  venue or deliver items for self-service on orders over $100.


An event catered by Chuck's Bar-B-Que includes our friendly, experienced staff who are trained to set up the food and beverages, serve the meal, and clean up everything that we provided after the event. We do respectfully request that you provide us with the most accurate count no later than 24 hours before your event. We are not able to make changes after that time. Your final bill will reflect the number of guests booked or the number of plates served, whichever is greater. We provide our own serving pans and utensils. If you are hosting a formal affair and have specific requests for a different service presentation, please let us know at least a week in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

*A Deposit may be required at the time of booking for dates less than 2 weeks away. Please inquire with Jody for details. 

*Minimum of 30 guests required for a catering event.*


*All catering events must be booked with Jody at least 48 hours in advance*

*The final count that you are billed for will be based on the number of plates served, not the number of people served. Our portions are generous. However, we recognize that appetites come in all sizes. Those that go back for seconds or thirds or request additional food plates are welcome to do so, but the responsible party will be billed accordingly.*

30-99 guests are priced at $10.79 per plate
​101-200 guests are priced at $10.29 per plate
Over 200 guests are priced at $9.79 per plate
**Schools and churches receive a 10% discount**

Our Catering Menu:

Each plate includes a generous portion of pork, 2 sides, bread, pickles, and a beverage.

Optional Add-ons:
  • Fried Chicken Fingers or our own pit cooked Chicken are both available by request for an additional $2.50 per person.
  • Ribs are available by request for an additional $4.50 per person.
  • Additional Side Items are available for $1.50 per person. 
  • We have several mouth-watering desserts available by request! For an additional $2.50 per person you may choose pie, or for an additional $1.00 per person you may choose a brownie. 
*Because the add-ons are made available to all guests, the add-on fee is charged to every plate served regardless of the selections they make in the serving line*

SIDE ITEMS: 
​Brunswick Stew, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Macaroni Salad, Corn on the Cob, or Potato Chips. 
French fries are on our regular menu, but do not travel well. As a result, we don't offer them as a side item for catering events. We apologize for any inconvenience.
