Catering Prices and Policies:
An event catered by Chuck's Bar-B-Que includes our friendly, experienced staff who are trained to set up the food and beverages, serve the meal, and clean up everything that we provided after the event. We do respectfully request that you provide us with the most accurate count no later than 24 hours before your event. We are not able to make changes after that time. Your final bill will reflect the number of guests booked or the number of plates served, whichever is greater. We provide our own serving pans and utensils. If you are hosting a formal affair and have specific requests for a different service presentation, please let us know at least a week in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
*A Deposit may be required at the time of booking for dates less than 2 weeks away. Please inquire with Jody or Daniel for details.
*Minimum of 30 guests required for a catering event.*
*All catering events must be booked with Jody or Daniel at least 48 hours in advance*

*The final count that you are billed for will be based on the number of plates served, not the number of people served. Our portions are generous. However, we recognize that appetites come in all sizes. Those that go back for seconds or thirds or request additional food plates are welcome to do so, but the responsible party will be billed accordingly.*
